Boiled shrimp

Introduction:


Boiled shrimp is one of the simplest ways to cook shrimp, and it’s also one of the most delicious ways to cook shrimp. Boiled shrimp is a dish in Cantonese cuisine. Because boiled shrimp is made in boiling water with very few condiments, it’s called boiled shrimp.

Features of boiled shrimp: good looking, tender and fresh, diverse tastes. It does not destroy the original taste of food materials, as it cooks with very few condiments.

Boiled shrimp is a common dish in Chinese restaurant. Metapenaeus ensis, a kind of shrimp, is a common chose. I also try other kinds of shrimp. as long as they are fresh, the taste is similar, tender and fresh taste. I am not live near the beach, so live shrimp is usually sold between July and October in my city. I often buy shrimp and cook in this way. Boiled shrimp is simple and delicious.

What to need:


Shrimp
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Scallion
Ginger
Chinese coriander
Salt
Baijiu
Water

How to cook:


Make the sauce first. Cut ginger into pieces. It’s good for health to eat some ginger when eating seafood. Take one spoon of ginger pieces, one spoon of vinegar, half spoon of soy sauce and fix them together. 
Use water to clean shrimp and cut the sharp piece of shrimp off.
Cut ginger into slice, and cut scallion into piece.
Put water, salt, scallion, ginger, Chinese coriander into pot.
Put one spoon of Baijiu after water is boiling. Put shrimp into pot, and fix a little.
Stop heating after the color of shrimp changes and the water is boiling again. Take out the shrimp and put them into water to cool down (ice water is the best).
Take shrimp out of water and it’s ready.
